How to Set Up Your eSIM
Follow these simple steps to activate your eSIM and start using your data plan
Step 1
Select Your Country
Choose the country or region you’re traveling to and browse available eSIM plans directly inside the app.
Step 2
Select Your Package
Pick the data package that matches your trip duration, usage needs, and destination coverage.
Step 3
Proceed Your Checkout
Review your selected plan details, confirm your order, and complete the secure checkout process.
Step 4
Click on Instal eSIM
Open your eSIM details page and tap the install button to begin the automatic setup process.
Step 5
Activate Your Sim
Allow your device to activate the eSIM profile and connect it to your mobile settings automatically.
Step 6
Choose Abroad
Select “Abroad” as your usage option so the eSIM can work properly during international travel.
Step 7
Choose Data Only
Select the “Data Only” option to use mobile internet while keeping your regular number unchanged.
Step 8
Keep Your Number
Choose to keep your current SIM for calls and messages while using the eSIM for mobile data.
Step 9
Turn Data Roaming On
Enable Data Roaming in your cellular settings to allow your eSIM to connect while traveling abroad.

Confirm APN Settings
Check that the APN is set to “globaldata” and leave the username and password fields empty.
